Overview

The Technical Apprenticeship and Career Training (TACT) Program is a flagship initiative of MAC Partners Training Institute – MPTI, designed to transform the technical training landscape in Ghana through a scalable, inclusive, and industry-aligned workforce development model starting September 2025. 

TACT equips young people, community youth, and artisans with the skills, mindset, and accredited certifications needed to thrive in Ghana’s mining and industrial economy.
