Mac Partners Training Institute (MPTI) is the training arm of Mac Mining and Construction Partners. MPTI is the managing institute of the internationally renowned AngloGold Ashanti Engineering Training Center. The AGA Engineering Training Center has been the hub of premium engineering training for multinational industrial companies and individuals across Africa for close to 3 decades before the shutdown of the mine in 2014.
In order to revive the training center to its peak performance, MPTI was made the managing institute to revamp the quality of training to match today’s competitive standards and to infuse modern structures and systems to make it a training hub leading the way today and ready for the future. The center is proudly Ghanaian and has a proven track record since its inception. It has garnered considerable experience in providing various successful training interventions to the mining and larger extractive industry in and across Africa.
Our training management framework and eLearning solutions can be used by numerous industrial companies and mining support services companies no matter where they are geographically located. We conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Design Competency Standards tailored to suite the unique needs of industrial companies and On-the-job training, Customized eLearning platforms for Supervisory, Management and Leadership Development. We are dedicated to preparing employees and learners with valuable skill sets to help them stand out in the workplace and today’s competitive job market. We enjoy successful enrollment of a strong and diverse international learner group bringing a rich cultural base to our programs of study.
